We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy tells you which data is collected on contextmap.eu, for what purpose, and what rights you have as a user.

3. Data collected & purpose

Workflow form
If you describe a workflow of your own using the form on our website, your name, email address and your description are collected.
Purpose: getting in touch and preparing an individual workflow offer
Legal basis: consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR

Email contact
If you contact us by email, your contact details and the content of your message are processed in order to handle your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures)

4. Storage period

Your data is stored until you request its deletion or the purpose of storage no longer applies. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

5. Hosting

The website and all related services are hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (Falkenstein data centre). No data is transferred to third countries.

The workflow form uses Supabase as its database backend. Supabase is operated on EU-based infrastructure.

Google Fonts
To display the typefaces, Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers (google.com, gstatic.com). In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google.

7. Cookies & tracking

We use no cookies and no web tracking or analytics tools. Your choice of language is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and is never transmitted to us.
